Refund Policy
At Crestline Craft, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Because many of our products are personalized and custom engraved, we generally do not accept returns or refunds for customized items unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or there is an error on our side.
Eligible refund or replacement cases:
- Damaged item during delivery
- Wrong product received
- Engraving error made by us
- Manufacturing defect
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Non-refundable items:
- Personalized products with correct customer-provided information
- Custom engraved items
- Used or damaged items after delivery
We will review each case carefully and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit when appropriate.
